Ink arrived super quick, right before Christmas. I'm really happy with the Diamine ink for my fountain pen, but what blew me away was their top-notch customer service: oddly enough, a birthday gift meant for my sister-in-law got sent to them, and they were nice enough to inform me and send it along at no cost. They were super helpful and a joy to work with all around.

This was my first experience with this company, and I gotta say, I was really impressed! They offer speedy delivery, and I got my order in just 24 hours. However, one of the items I got had a bent nib (yep, it’s a Kaweco), so I shot over some pics via email. They handled it super quickly and without any hassle! I ended up placing another order right away for some gifts. It did arrive a bit late, but that was because of the Royal Mail strikes. Honestly, I’m glad Pure Pens sticks with Royal Mail; I had a bad experience with another pen shop that used Evri, and my package got lost with no way to reach anyone for help! All in all, their customer service is top-notch. Quick replies and fast shipping make me feel secure when I order from them.

I ran into some issues with tracking, which indicated that my package had been delivered when it actually wasn’t. I reached out to them and I’m really pleased with the customer support. They got back to me within a day and were super nice and helpful. They confirmed when my order was dispatched and expressed their apologies since it should’ve arrived by now (even though it’s not on them). They provided possible explanations for the hold-up. They also informed me about how long it takes before it can be deemed lost. If it doesn’t show up by then, they’ll either send me a new package with the items I ordered or issue a full refund.

Just wanted to share an update. Previously, I mentioned I was on the lookout for a reminder about when a specific ink would be available again.

Well, I shot them an email, and they got back to me right away with the awesome news that the ink was already in stock, but it just hadn’t made it to the website yet!

I went ahead and placed my order, and since then, I’ve ended up getting more pens and ink. This has become my go-to place for anything related to pens now. I’ll definitely be buying from them again... and again...
